Trinity
Gardens School is set in beautiful grounds in the leafy suburb
of Trinity Gardens. The school has two large ovals, several
new playgrounds, basketball courts, and many shady areas and
gardens to relax in. The Steiner year one class has created
an organic vegetable garden and the whole school has been active
in helping several artists paint a beautiful mural across our
school hall. This artwork represents the school’s commitment
to development, growth and joy, identity of place, people and
history, diversity and inclusion. The
school takes part in national environmental awareness days
including Clean Up Australia Day and National Tree Day, which
encourages communities to care for their environment by removing
rubbish and by planting native trees and shrubs. A sub-committee
of the school Governing Council, the Environment Committee,
is involved in applying for grants to improve the school grounds.
